Each placemat is made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days before your piece ships ( they are worth it ). Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking.

Your piece should arrive within 4-6 business days after shipping depending on where you are located around the world.

I know these are a bit of a wait but trust me when I say they are worth it!

When you first get your placemats they will be folded for shipping. To get rid of the creases simply wash or iron.

Care instructions:

Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F);

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry

Iron - steam or dry: low heat;

Do not dry clean.

If for some reason you do not gasp with adoration when you first set your eyes upon these.... you need something bigger... something smaller.....whatever the reason we offer free of charge 30 day returns.

If on the extremely rare occasion your piece arrives damaged you will need to CONTACT US and open a claim within 7 days of receiving your piece with images of the damaged item and pictures of the packaging it arrived in.
